Terms of Service
This service agreement is drawn between Customer and John Morgan Lawn Maintenance (JMLM). This is not a service contract and may be terminated at any time by either party following the terms outlined herein.
Services
Prices are for services listed on the initial estimate only and are based on initial services per month as described below. Any changes to services or frequency will result in a change in agreed upon price.

May – 4x
June – 4x
July – 4x
August – 4x
September – 2x
October – 2x
November – 1x
December – 1x
28 cuts annually
Services considered extra or add on include – pine straw, mulch, ornamental shrub and tree trimming, non-foundational shrubbery. These services will be completed upon request and at an agreed price before work commences.
Regular service includes – mowing, edging, blowing, weed eating and regular maintenance of foundational shrubbery
Billing

JMLM bills on the first of each month via electronic invoice (text or email) and invoices are considered due upon receipt. Invoices may be paid via credit card (either manual or autopay) through the invoice system, check or cash at the time of service or Cash App or Venmo. Accounts must be paid in full no later than the last day of the month. Late fees of 10% will be added to the account on the last day of the month and services will be suspended until payment is made in full. Accounts that reach more than 30 days late more than three times will become a pay as you go account (payment for each service must be paid before the service is complete)
Changes and Termination
JMLM agrees that there will be no price increase for the services as outlined above for twelve (12) months. Any changes/termination made by either party are subject to thirty (30) day notice.
Changes/termination without thirty days’ notice are subject to a cancellation fee not to exceed 50% of the regular monthly charge. The agreed upon price listed above is based on the number of services per month listed. A decrease in monthly services may result in an increase of the per service charge not to exceed 30%. An increase in services per month will result in a per service discount. Services terminated for more than 3 months may be subject to a one time clean up fee before regular maintenance services are resumed. Services terminated prior to payment for cuts given in summer months will result in a final bill for services rendered.
